• Scope and Content

  The front of the postcard has Mrs Gilmour's handwritten address and a stamp from the Army Post Office dated 7th August 1916, this has partially faded. On the reverse of the postcard on the top right hand corner there is a Y.M.C.A logo. Daniel's message talks about the letters he received from his mother and the weather.
