• Scope and Content

  Erected by William SEATON in memory of his daughter Marion who died at Craigengillan 28th July 1830, aged 10 years. Also his son Thomas SEATON who died at Meadowhead on 6th Oct. 1847, aged 21 years. Also Marion FERGUSSON his spouse who died at Meadowhead the 25th Sept. 1850 aged 62 years. Also the said William SEATON who died at Balgreggan 23rd Sept. 1858 aged 68 years, and interred in the churchyard at Stoneykirk. Also Thomas SEATON his grandson died at Cornharrow 27th July 1867 aged 16 years. Also Sarah MENZIES spouse of John SEATON his son who died at Cornharrow 21st Nov. 1877, aged 51 years. Also the said John SEATON died at Dalry 1st Feb. 1916 in his 100th year.
