Company originally incorporated as Debfor Limited 1 Dec 1947. Later incorporating as Orchid Laces 16 Oct 1991. Later incorporating as James Finlay Nile Limited 14 Nov 1991. The company was later dissolved 7 Aug 2001. The Company was acquired for its tax losses and was subsequently a holding company for some of the Group's tea interests before being dissolved on 7 August 2001.
