Company originally incorporated 19 Feb 1973 as the UK Holding Company for The Amalgamated Tea Estates Co Limited, an Indian tea estate business. It was quoted until taken over by James Finlay Limited in 1976. Subsequently the holding company for The Consolidated Tea and Lands Co (Bangladesh) Limited. Dormant before being dissolved in 1999.
