Includes: List of pickers ordered, 1899-1905; lists of shuttles delivered; details of tunnels for steam pipes in Princes Street, Victoria Street and Dens Brae, Dundee, 1884; recipes for making glue and wheel grease, c.1905; fire hose connections in Dens Works, 1903. Report and valuation of land, buildings, erections, heritable and moveable machinery by Messrs G.H. Lord & Sons, valuators, Dundee, 1905. Also includes photocopy of part of typed transcript of same.
