Administrative / Biographical History
The staff had their own charity fund to which all employees contributed a few pence each month. Subscriptions were made to Paisley Convalescent Home, The Royal Alexandra Infirmary (Paisley) and to the Victoria Eye Infirmary (Paisley), presumably for the benefit of the members. Donations were also made to the Mission to the Outdoor Blind and the Free Breakfast Mission and other charitable organisations in the Paisley area. The fund was wound up in Nov 1941, thereafter coming under the charity fund of the employees of William Fulton & Sons Ltd.
