  Scottish Office of Education (SOED), Northern College and St. Andrew's College. Pack consists of 4 units: A - Guidance Documentation; B - Managing a Guidance Entitlement; C - The Image of Guidance; D - Managing First Level Guidance. Burdin was closely involved in all stages of the compilation of this substantial resource, funded by SOED. It was published just before he retired from HM Inspectorate and was one of the main reasons why he decided to work on, part-time, as an educational consultant until early in 2000. Includes photocopy of original folder's cover.
