Scope and Content
The 12th report published by the Scottish Office of Education and Industry Department in their series 'Effective Learning and Teaching in Scottish Secondary Schools'. The report derives from the inspection of guidance in more than 250 schools, and from the monitoring and evaluation of various developments in guidance over the previous 10 years. This 68 page booklet may be invaluable to future generations when considering the development of guidance which took place in the period 1960-2000
