  Signed by William Stewert, John Caird and John Thompson, this is a contract drawing together with drawings BUL 6/4/5, BUL 6/4/7, BUL 6/4/8 and BUL 6/4/9. It is doquetted as being referred to in the 'Minute of Agreement' between the Marquess of Bute and the Senate of the University of Glasgow. It also refers to the specifications and estimate made by builder, John Thompson, 43 Wood Street, Peterborough of 25th and 26th March 1878. It is witnessed by Jeo. Wood on behalf of G.G. and J. O.
