Administrative / Biographical History
Coats Cucirini was formed in 1890 as Fabbriche Italiane Filati Cucirini. In 1904, J & P Coats bought over the company and it was re-named as Cucirini Cantoni Coats. In 1993 the company's name was changed to Coats Cucirini.
