  Crichton's latest portable thresher as well as scenes of rice harvesting in Texas and drilling rice on sod ground and breaking prairie for rice on Joplin and Mercer farm, Joplin, La. One has been stamped on the back with 'John B. Hardy, Special Agent, Land and Immigration Dept, Southern Pacific R. R. Co., 116 Broad Street, New York, N.Y.'. Also includes copies of telegrams and letters between Ransomes, Sims and Jeffries, Ltd., Graham, Rowe and Co. and Lewis C. Grant, concerning a 'Mosquito' rice thrasher. .
