Scope and Content
Petition from nurses in Poor Law institutions to Council presented by Mrs Lawson of the Poor Law Officers Association, asking for an additional representative of Poor Law Hospital nurses on the College Council, to which the College agreed. Sir Arthur Stanley as Chair, pointed out that no deliberate selection had taken place based on this criteria.
