Peter Thomson (Perth) Ltd was formerly known as David Lennox & Sons Ltd which was incorporated in July 1936 and dissolved in May 2011. David Lennox & Sons Ltd changed its name to Peter Thomson (Perth) Ltd in April 1986. The company was part of Waverley Vintners Ltd which functioned as a subsidiary of the holding company Scottish & Newcastle Breweries plc, trading in the wholesale and retail of wines and spirits.
