Administrative / Biographical History
Stoddard Group Ltd held its first board meeting on 24 August 1988. The company's registered office was at Glenpatrick Road, Elderslie, Renfrewshire, PA5 9UJ. The allotment of the share capital in the company was 99 shares held by Stoddard Sekers International plc and 1 share held by Stoddard Trustees Ltd . The quarterly board meetings were used as a forum for discussion on the business of the companies within the Stoddard Group. On 1 April 1997 the name of the company was changed from Stoddard Group Limited to Stoddard Carpets Limited by Special Resolution. The company was dormant betwen 1992 and 1997.
