• Administrative / Biographical History

  During the 1964-65 session Liberal and Complimentary Studies was introduced to the curriculum alongside the previously established History of Art Lectures intended to 'enrich the students' present extra-curricular activities in drama, film and debate.' (Prospectus 1965-66).In the 1980's the department was renamed Historical and Critical Studies (H&C), and again in 2010 to the Forum Of Critical Inquiry (FOCI).
