Gives opinions as to the schism within the 19th century Episcopal Church and advocates the right of private judgement over the decrees of the Episcopal Bishops. Reneges against "all that is ritualistic and sacerdotal in both countries [England and Scotland]; the enforcement and imposition of Episcopal discipline by parliamentary enactment". [4pp]
