• Scope and Content

  D1/872/1: A poem written by RAF personnel while stationed in a Direction Finding base in Orkney during the Second World War. It has been donated by the family of the late Frank W Provan of Prestwick, Ayrshire, Scotland, a serving RAF officer who shared many happy days in Orkney.
