• Scope and Content

  The Sanitary Inspectors for the period covered by these reports were: William Y Park 1951-1961; W A McHarg 1962-1966; W O McKechnie from 1967. The Reports were renamed the as the Sanitary Department in 1962 and the Environmental Health Department in 1973. There are earlier reports at D-HE/6/4/9. Although Rutherglen was part of Glasgow from 1975-1996, it is now in South Lanarkshire Council.
