Scope and Content
He cites a case Russell had given in a report of confusion around the cause of a child's death, the involvement of the Procurator Fiscal and the parents' objection to a post mortem. He asks for further examples of the 'utter uselessness of the present system' for his committee and asks whether registrars should be put under the Medical Officer of Health. Cameron was a Glasgow MP 1874-1895 and 1897-1900.
