  This file series was maintained exclusively for keeping circulars. They were numbered and listed in a document at the front of the folder. The original folders had the titles as given, a date stamp from when the item was placed in the Public Health Department Library, a sticker that the item was not to be taken out of the Department and inside a list of borrowers. The series is very probably incomplete as there are gaps in the original numbering. The original folders were not retained due to their condition. The contents are typed or printed with a manuscript index.
