Memorial for the magistrates and town council of Glasgow anent Pickie Mill which lands were granted to the city of Glasgow by deed of mortification of Sir John Scott of Scotstarbet, 1653. The town council realise their title to the property does not permit them to sell but request counsel's opinion as to whether they can increase the present feu duty, and if so, by public or private roup. 19 Dec. 1792.
