"S" Notebook containing sermons, indexed. Most sermons given in Walkerburn, Peebleshire [Borders]. Some sermons seem to have been reused.
Administrative / Biographical History
The Sisterhood of SS Mary and Modwenna (1870-1988) was a Convent based in King Street, Dundee. Founded in 1870 by Bishop Forbes, the sisterhood provided parochial and nursing support to the poor and ran a home for orphans and incurables.
