Administrative / Biographical History
Stoddard International Ltd was incorporated on 17th November 1969 (certificate of incorporation No. 47051) with its registered office at Glenpatrick Works, Elderslie, Renfrewshire as a subsidiary of A F Stoddard & Co Ltd. When the main group changed its name to Stoddard International plc this company was registered as Stoddard International (1998) Ltd.
