  This file contains the material relevant to issues Vol. 2, No. 13 and the unpublished Vol. 2, No. 14. The material includes a covering note on the contents by Peter Mackay and a copy of each finished issue of Tsopano demarcating their relevant sections in the file. In the case of No. 14, this envelope contains - rather than a completed issue - a small mock-up of the final issue, proposed contents, draft Pen Portraits and unlabelled art work.
