• Scope and Content

  Boxes and drawers of slides from various internationsl trips abroad where Pontecorvo conducted research into alpine flowers and habitats. Some slides are of scenery and popular tourist attracations in these locations but the majority are close-up shots of alpine flowers and plants which Pontecorvo was using for research purposes.

• Arrangement

  As there was no original order a decision was made to arrange as follows: large boxes of slides, small boxes of slides, large wooden slide chest with 5 drawers, and bundles of loose slides. Each box , drawer or bundle of slides covers a large date span.
