  This item was lost in the fire in The Mackintosh Building at The Glasgow School of Art on 23rd May 2014. Study of highland landscape.

  Lennox Patterson studied at Glasgow School of Art and later became a member of staff at the School. During his time at GSA, he held the following roles: Commercial art assistant 1947/48; Commercial and Graphic Art (wood engraving) 1949/50 - 1960/61;  Graphic Design 1961/62 - 1963/64; Registrar and Deputy Director 1964/65 - 1974/75; Deputy Director 1975/76; Head of Department: Design 1975/76 - 1978/79.
