• Scope and Content

  Cream pleated top curtain with an embroidered design of flowers and leaves. This item was damaged in the fire in GSA's Mackintosh Building on 23rd May 2014. Textile conservation was completed in 2019.

• Physical Characteristics and/or Technical Requirements

  Curtain features embroidered flowers and leaves arranged in vertical lines. Cream and gold coloured embroidery has been used on white linen fabric which is stained.
  Dimensions: 1290 x 1065 mm

  This item forms part of a set of four curtains, NMC/0414A to D. The design on the curtains is the same for all items.
