  Copy of a letter from the Barnagore Jute Factory Co. Ltd to the manager of the Barnagore Mills, stating that they have received his earlier letter but that they "regret that we are unable to alter our decision regarding the cost of repatriation being borne by Mr. W. F. Norrie."
