  Between the Police Commissioners of Montrose and the Managers of the Royal Lunatic Asylum, Infirmary and Dispensary of Montrose, originally dated 6 and 7 June 1881. Produced by Alexander Lyell, Solicitor, Montrose at the Sheriff Clerk's Office, 23 October 1899, as evidence in the Hillside Drainage Case.
