Warden a position in Mr Penn’s drawing office; mentions Mrs Baxter holding a ‘grievance’ against Spence in connection with her dead son); Thomas Drummond, Colombo Kandy (discusses fibres); Rev. Noble Shepherd (relates to Independent Chapel); J. C.
