The City and Royal Burgh of Perth Development Plan was submitted to the Secretary of State for Scotland in October 1952 and approved in December 1953. In the following decades it was subject to many amendments, but was not comprehensively reviewed until the late 1960s.
The Development Plan comprises a Written Statement and this set of accompanying maps. Copies of the Written Statement have also been deposited in the archive, but are not yet catalogued - please ask archive staff if you wish to consult them.
Further copies of the Development Plan maps are listed at PE/P/ 247-264 and maps relating to the Review are listed at PE/P/402-447.
