  Contains: Report to the Board of Police of Glasgow by the Medical Officer and Master of Works on Intramural Burying Grounds, 1870; Burial Grounds in Glasgow - excerpt from report by Kenneth Macleod, Sanitary Inspector, 1876 [gives details on St Mark's Burying Ground] two copies of a list of intramural burying grounds giving the name of the ground, the name of the collector, when it was shut and by whom permissions were granted; correspondence with Major John Garroway, a solicitor on behalf of an American friend, Miss Mary McGavin Harvie, Miss Charlotte Mackenzie and Sir David Menzies wanting information on burials in the cathedral burying ground 1912-1927.
