Administrative / Biographical History
Stanislaw Westfal lectured in Lund, Sweden until July 1949 . He was appointed lecturer in Polish at the University of Glasgow in October 1949 and retired in 1959 due to ill health. He died on 28 April 1959 . Through research on his PhD he published A Study in Polish Morphology .
