  Originally box listed c. 2001 in two sets: a chronological sequence covring 1946 to 1968, and an A sequence of undated plans. Not every number in the latter sequence appears to have been used, and some minor plans from this sequence were weeded. The former sequence was adjusted slightly to accommodate additional unlisted plans.
