  A five page legal agreement (with signatures on the sixth page) between Harris Tweed producers, agreeing a minimum price for sales of tweed, effective from 4 May 1969 and to be reviewed each October and May. Signed by mill-owning producers (S.A. Newall & Sons Ltd., Kenneth Mackenzie Ltd., James Macdonald Ltd., Thomas Smith (Stornoway) Ltd., Stephen Burns Ltd., Kenneth Macleod (Shawbost) Ltd.), as well as small and/or independent producers (Macleod's Tweed Co.
