Comprising records created by clerks of the Barony Town Council, Rattray Police Commissioners and Rattray Town Council, Blairgowrie Police Commissioners, Blairgowrie Town Council, and Blairgowrie and Rattray Town Council. The records include council and committee minutes, Dean of Guild and Burgh Court papers, letter and cash books as well records relating to the cemeteries, heraldry and the tourist board.
