This item was lost in the fire in The Mackintosh Building at The Glasgow School of Art on 15th June 2018.
Original: An athlete, caught in the familiar act of scraping sweat and dust from his body with the small curved instrument that the Romans called a strigil. This cast is of the legs of the cast only.
