Letter from Thomas Bouch to Adam Johnstone giving his reaction to Rotheray's report after the Tay Bridge Inquiry, problems connected with passage of new bridge's Bill in Parliament, acknowledgement that he cannot be involved with the new work. 14 July, 1880.
