  Unsigned watercolour. Comments by W.T. Gairdner read: on back, "Matthews, Preston [?] Street. A patient of Dr. Home's, Newington, alluded to in second atricle. The kidney was of the exact size represented and patient was 15 years old. Urine 1011 and bloody for some [--missing--] before death. On front, "Matthews aged 15. Urine SG 1011. Bloody for some time before death"
