  These volumes duplicate those at H-PAR1/3 up to 1901 but with additional reports and papers bound in. Details of this additional material are given in each entry. As well as this the number of reports by officials increases after 1901. As well as reports by the Burgh Surveyor, Sanitary Inspector and Medical Officer of Health there are reports by the Firemaster, Inspector of Lighting, Chief Constable, Burgh Electrical Engineer and the Medical Superintendent of the Knightswood Fever Hospital. Draft committee minutes and papers can be found in H-PAR1/21.
