• Scope and Content

  These bundles had been numbered in blue pencil from 1-29 (with some numbers missing) with sometimes smaller groups of papers within the bundles, and this arrangement has been retained. The content of the bundles is very miscellaneous with no apparent subject or chronological arrangement. Frequently blue envelopes were used to keep papers together, for example with the meeting papers, and these too have been retained.
