    Confirmation by James, Archbishop of Glasgow, with the consent of the dean and chapter, of the charter given to the college by William Turnbull, Bishop of Glasgow, dated 1st December 1453, with a novo damus. The privileges of these charters are buying and selling all things necessary for themselves, concerning their food, drink and clothes, without being liable to any customs.

    James King, advocate, lay-chaplain of the chantry of St Mungo, with the consent of Sir John Backadder of Tullialan, patron thereof, and of James Archbishop of Glasgow, alienates in favour of the College all the said chantry's lands and tenements, for the yearly sums of 21 merks, the usual rent, and of 2 merks formerly paid to the friars as burgh mail, and also of 20 shillings in augmentation of these rents, payable out of house in Stockwell.

    Instrument of sasine upon a sale by John Ross burgess of Glasgow to Robert de Moffat the procurator of the church of Glasgow. This sale includes: half a rood of land, an annual rent of 1 merk out of a newly built tenement and of 2 merks out of the tenement of said John Ross, an annual rent of 20 shillings out of three booths belonging to John, an annual rent of 2 merks out of another tenement, and an annual rent of 20 shillings out of a tenement on the east side of the Walkergate. These properties were subsequently granted to the vicars of the choir, in exchange they have to celebrate the perpetual service of the chantry at St Cuthbert altar.

    Charter by Robert Lindsay, priest, granting to Sir Richard Gardin vicar of the choir of Glasgow, an annual rent of 57 shillings and 4 pence Scots out of his tenements and roods of land in Glasgow, that is to say 27 shillings and 4 pence out of the tenement inhabited by Henry Michael with its pertinents of one acre, and out of four rigs lying in the Muchall croft and also out of four rigs lying on the Broomielaw, and an annual rent of 13 shillings and 4 pence out of the land of Thomas Johns lying in the Gallowgate with its pertinents, which are: four rigs lying in the Broomielaw and two rigs on the Kygclaith. The 57 shillings and 4 pence also include an annual rent of 6 shillings and 8 pence out of a tennement lying on the south side of the Gallowgate, an annual rent out of six rigs lying on the Kylnhill, an annual rent of 3 shillings lying in the Pallyhart croft and another annual rent of 4 shillings Scots out of a tennement lying in the west side of the High Street. These rents are to be held of the bishop of Glasgow.
