The original records of the (Old) Parliament of Scotland are held by the National Records of Scotland (NRS). The majority of the acts of the Scottish parliament have been published in The Acts of the Parliaments of Scotland, edited by Thomas Thomson and Cosmo Innes (12 vols., 1814 – 1875).
