By Kenneth M MacLeod, Sanitary Inspector. The Health Committee commissioned a report on burial grounds closed in terms of the Public Health Act 1867 and whether interments could continue in them. The burial grounds were: St David's, High Church, St Mungo's, the College, St Mary's, Christ Church, Bridgeton, Calton, St Andrew's, Gorbals, Wellington Street U P Church Crypt, North Street Anderston, Anderston U P Church and Crypt, St Mark's Anderston. 2 copies; one initialled JBR [James Burn Russell].
