  This is an artificial series incorporating photographs which were presumably either commissioned or collected by the Public Health Department. Although none of the photographs were specifically stamped by the Department, some appear to relate to other housing records such as the numbered photographs at D-HE/4/1/8/11 and similarly numbered plans at D-HE/4/1/5.
