  Correspondence concerns renewal of licences and alterations and newspaper cuttings on a fire in the theatre, 1956 and the practice of making customers for cheaper seats wait outside until other seats were filled. The theatre was later renamed the Empress Theatre and later again the Metropole Bingo and Social Club. Includes plans, 1913 - 1962
